Keep complex implementation aligned with the approved direction.
Ongoing professional support for projects that need sequencing, coordination, review, communication, and owner-side accountability beyond a design package.
Defined authority. Documented decisions. Clear responsibility.
Project management is custom-scoped. Haven does not become a contractor, engineer, permit authority, employer, or guarantor unless a written agreement explicitly and lawfully establishes that role.
Scope and sequence control
Track approved phases, dependencies, decisions, and changes against the project direction.
Communication and coordination
Organize information between the owner, designers, vendors, and contractors within the authority granted.
Review and documentation
Record decisions, identify conflicts, flag deviations, and keep the owner informed before issues compound.
Management begins with governance, not activity.
Review the approved plan
Confirm the design basis, current phase, existing contracts, known risks, and unresolved decisions.
Define roles and authority
Document who decides, who communicates, who performs work, and what Haven may approve or reject.
Establish reporting and change control
Set schedules, records, budget information, issue escalation, and the process for changes.
Manage the agreed scope
Haven performs only the oversight and consultancy functions stated in the signed agreement.
Clear answers. Clear expectations.
Is project management included with a design?
No. It is a separate agreement with separate pricing, authority, responsibilities, and termination terms.
What happens if another advisor overrides the approved direction?
The agreement requires documented changes and preserves Haven's right to object, limit responsibility, pause work, or terminate when unauthorized decisions create material risk.
Does Haven guarantee contractor performance?
No. Oversight and communication do not convert independent contractors or vendors into Haven employees and do not guarantee their workmanship, schedule, safety, or legal compliance.
