Which service should I start with?
Use the project intake form and describe the property, challenge, timeline, and budget. Haven recommends the smallest useful engagement rather than automatically pushing a full design.

Your project is assigned to the Haven designer or team best suited to it, with partner professionals brought in where the scope requires. Working one-on-one with Jamon as your dedicated designer is the Founder-Led Program.
How are services priced?
Each service is a fixed fee for a written scope, confirmed in your proposal before any work begins. Larger engagements are billed as a deposit and milestones. Travel, printing, and third-party data you request are listed separately as reimbursable expenses.
Can I buy design without implementation?
Yes. Design and implementation are separate unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Can Haven work with my existing contractors?
Potentially. Roles, authority, communication, and responsibility must be clearly defined before Haven coordinates or reviews outside work.
